Try to work with precision how much is my house is very hard without having to invest time in certain duties detailed the fact remains that a property is worth what the buyer is willing to pay. The question of whether this applies to the value of a home when the owner does not wish to sell is much like the dilemma of whether a fallen tree in a wood is still an empty noise. As with an insurance valuation for a work of art is one thing for an expert competent to make a notional value of something, but in a real market (such as a room auction) the price of sale of goods can be found far beyond the initial period value. This problem is even more acute with the houses as there are so many more factors (such as taste, location, availability and cost of mortgage financing, etc.) to consider.
