Landlords can get help if they rent only to tenants whose incomes qualify for the program. The loans for landlords aren't deferred, but they are interest free.
Money can be spent on making buildings accessible to disabled people, new windows and doors, roofing, heating boiler and plumbing, electrical improvements, connect the water lines and sewer, paint , siding and porch repairs or other projects.
